It's so great to see young people getting involved with fitness at such an early age. Kiana is 15 and the fastest girl at her school. She says the iStik is awesome because the armbands never fit her arms and she hated holding her iPod while she ran. Now she can listen to her iPod and keep herself distracted during those long runs. iSTiK ROCKSTAR OF THE SUMMER
